How tuition works

What sets tuition

Tuition depends on the number of weeks you book, and we are glad to go through it by phone.

Registration

Registration holds your camper's place and covers their file for the summer. It is due when you register.

Holding a place

A place is held once we have your registration and the first week's payment. When a week is full, families join a waitlist, and we offer places in the order families joined.

Billing

Weeks are billed by the session, and the balance is due before the first day of camp. You can call us if another arrangement would help.

Siblings

If two or more of your children come to camp, tell us when you register. We place each in the right age group and look at the weeks together.

Withdrawing

Please tell us at least two weeks before a booked week begins, so we can offer the place to a family on the waitlist. Call us and we will explain what happens to a week that is already paid.

Gear and other costs

A few things are priced on their own: the camp T-shirt worn at the showcase, and costume and set materials. Each is named, with what it covers, when you register.
